FULL FIRE

The name says it all. Expect a full body workout that incorporates cardio, weights and other props(optional) to exhaust your stamina, as well as the stamina of targeted muscles groups. This high-intensity workout is perfect when you are ready to leave it all on the mat.

UPPER BODY BURN

Sculpting your arms and abs in a short but spicy series. Incorporating light weights to tone the arms and abs in an upper body burn.

lower body light up

Although we all want a plump and juicy booty, the LOWER BODY LIGHT UP is designed to target the largest muscle groups in the lower body so that you continue to burn calories and activate your body throughout the day, after this short sequence. Will always include a good burn through the hamstrings and core as well. After all, we aren’t just floating glutes! (formerly, the Booty Burner)

TOTAL CORE

Coaching you through proper alignment and proper engagement, this will get your abdominals, back, breath and pelvic floor working synergistically to give you the best burn.
