The Program is a four week calendar designed for you to be moving everyday in a way that allows you to track your progress and development and see the results of the investment in yourself.
The online fitness scene has exploded, and although ‘new’ and ‘more’ can be fun - consistency is where you feel and see results in your strength and power change. This program incorporates different modalities of movement to keep your body guessing, even with the repetition.
We focus on building strength with weighted, and explosive movements, we increase cardio and endurance with interval style and sustained elevated heart rate to increase your training capacity, and we move with lighter weight and resistance to find the small, but fiery muscle burn to build stability, definition and tone.
The combination of these things will level up your fitness, your power, your confidence, and your commitment while keeping you safe and able to recover. Each month, there will be new volumes added to add intensity, challenge and to meet you where you are at.
